Welcome to Essentially Empowered, Inc. (EEI). Our organization provides support and advocacy to women and youth that have experienced trauma. EEI provides doula services, perinatal & post-partum support as well as advocacy for teens. We also offer a variety of educational opportunities, with a trauma-informed approach, for doulas and birth workers.

The mission of Essentially Empowered Incorporated (EEI) is to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for those who have experienced trauma by utilizing a positive impactful curriculum that includes activities, support groups, and Doula services as needed.

our purpose

The purpose of this organization is to be able to provide an added voice to needs of youth that have experience with trauma by advocating on their behalf and addressing triggers, barriers and supportive measures that will help them achieve a healthier state of mind.
