Essentially Empowered Inc. is now an official CLTS Waiver Program Provider for families in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties! The Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program helps children and youth with disabilities or special needs get the care and support they need to thrive—at no cost to families. Services are funded through Medicaid and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
